Tender Render

Tender Render

A Poem by Fately Kristen

The tender render from your pen , pick me up and took me in
clamoring the recesses of your mind that i could only hope
to find within your quill i feel the thrill of life colored with
your ink , take me on to life beyond living on your brink.

Drop me on the shoreline of your casles built so fine ,
let me feel the ocean's roar tide surging from you
for evermore.
lift me to the mountain crest view sunlight setting in the west ,
melting snow on covered hills unfurl now the daffodills.

Spreading chestnuts branches wide , shading all you feel inside ,
rest with me in hamock made between the branches of her shade
to the rill of valley's wide , babbling brook of your inside
enjoin me in the searching foray of knowing just what you
will say ,
etched with ink upon my heart scenes you've stroked
will not depart you have writ upon my soul , tender render
painted with your indelible render.
