What's with you & your big cover up?

What's with you & your big cover up?

A Poem by Fear Corrupts!

What's with you & your big cover up?

You pretend,

that you don't have these twisted thoughts.

You pretend,

that you are the same. (But you're not)

You make with,

this world of unison.

You make with,

although you know that you are different.

You act loud,

although you really are shy.

You laugh,

although you find humour hard to come by.

You hide,

the truth inside.

You show,

such a brilliant disguise.

You dance,

although you would rather fly....

 You live,

although  you would rather die......

I too like the contrats of this piece. The "chiarascuro" of emotions- light and dark.
Taken back to reflect what's inside. The tenderest part of you, poetry.

This one is admission for alchemy of tears, happy quiet and sad heard.

Me too.
Me too.

=)

A study in contrasts. This is the human condition. Nice poem.
