A Poem by Fedya
"

i wrote a gay poem about my ex-girlfriend when we were still dating

"

i have waited for months and i have

been infatuated for months and i

usually don’t throw myself into things

out of fear.

i am usually unsure and indecisive

but i am not about you.

i have gotten scared,

but you're the ground and i’m

no longer completely a cloud.

you are not everything

but you are a whole lot.

i want to be with you.

i dream about you.

i am not unhappy despite you

being so far away.

i know that i can

quickly

contact you if i need anything and

someday, maybe, i will hold you.

time is fleeting and i love you

and that remains static.

i still want to trace the inside of your mouth

with my tongue

and i want to trace your thighs

with my mouth and

i crave you, i need you, i love you.

that’s the same.

I like the last line of the poem,
"i crave you, i need you, i love you."
