Heartbeat

It's about how people see things through their eyes, especially about someone. How they sometimes overlooked things and wished to escape. How they wake up.

Keeps on repeating those words,

Whenever I saw you,

The heart copy and paste its beat,

Over and over again,

Something is wrong,

Heart attack?

 

Your mysterious and cold eyes,

That could burst through the firework,

Your laughter that could beat the sounds of rain,

Your touch that burns like a devil’s touch,

Your words that I wish to drown into,

It feels so nice, I’d never want to wake up,

Till the last of beat of my heart.

 

How could I leave you when this feelings won’t go,

How can I bear with you, when all I want is to escape,

It suffocates me, I can’t breath,

Someone help me, I do not wish to escape,

But it has become unbearable,

The cycle keeps on cycling,

With each of it ends with your kind words and kisses

Our souls were intertwined,

For eternity, even in our next life,

Then why, I could not feel my own heartbeat?
