I'll sit and watch the night go on without you

The moon smiles for she knows what the future holds

Stay calm, don't be alarmed

Watch it as it grows

Sounds of light, fear, and darkness

I hope it's not a bore

There's so much more than what you've heard before

Just a little company

We could watch the stars have an epiphany

The moon is watching over us

The mountains linger in the shadows

Hovering and covering their need to be known

we find our own moments that make life bearable, but then our thoughts turn to sharing them with someone. Even if we got a rule book in this life, it would probably be written in a language we don't know.
It seems to me that life is an eternal puzzle and we can only try to get the next piece in place. What are we missing when we concentrate so hard on that next piece? We can but hope the picture becomes clearer with each piece we fix in place.
