I wrote this... please tell me what you think it means.

I'm a tortured soul

though no physical contact you can see

 

I'm a tortured soul

though no words be spoken at me

 

I'm a tortured soul

And a tear runs down my cheek

 

I'm a tortured soul

Helpless and meek

 

Does anyone know what I mean with this?
