Mid Morn' Melody

Mid Morn' Melody

A Poem by James Paulin

Clouds of grey cloak dawns day

Then damp and dew dry away

Perched high, an echoed cry

Bold red attire caught an eye

Look here, look here, look here

So clear, sing cheer, sing cheer

Resounds lift downcast minds

Fine start of dull days we find

Vivid on tree or wires

Answer calls repeat admires

Look here, look here, look here

So clear, sing cheer, sing cheer
