Love is like a lump of gold,
Hard to get, and hard to hold.
Of all the girls I've ever met,
You're the one I can't forget.
I do believe that God above,
Created you for me to love.
He chose you from all the rest,
Because he knew I would love you best.

Awe, this is so sweet! Whoever you wrote this for is a very lucky girl.
You did a fantastic job with the rhyming here. And even though it is short, it is so meaningful and your words strongly express your feelings. I really enjoyed the last two lines;
He chose you from all the rest
Because he knew I would love you best.

I also really like that you are not afraid to play around with the font and alignment. Sometimes things like that distract from the poem, but this is not the case.
