Monster

A Poem by MARZ
"

"

She's been riding the

Monster for about three months.

She checks up on it every

day

searching its teeth for new

opportunity.

Monster.com, she thinks,

I have a high GPA

Monster.com, she thinks,

I'm not lazy like all the

other graduates who can't

get a job.

I'm not like that waiter

who said he's been looking for

two years.

Monster.com, can I get more than a

notification email

from you?

Monsters don't listen -

not even

this one.
