On Green Dolphin Street

Verse 1

Is seeing really believing?

Sometimes your mind can play tricks on you

On Green Dolphin Street anything is possible

Most likely you will be wrong if you assume anything

Verse 2

Ghosts sometimes lurk around

You might encounter a prince that once was a frog

Wishing upon a star makes dreams come true

And if you concentrate hard enough

You can make time stand still

Bridge

When you'r'e here, you won't know who you are

Because there's many illusions that will cloud your mind

Having blind faith might do you good

Or it might take away your common sense

Chorus

On Green Dolphin Street

There's pots of gold at the end of every rainbow

Dragons being slayed and unicorns

All of the things that you would never believe

Cowboys saying "Word up, y'all!"

Pigs that fly

Money growing on trees

And all of the things that you would never believe

All on Green Dolphin Street
