Turn The Radio Off

Turn The Radio Off

Turn The Radio Off

Verse 1

Millions worldwide own radios

Some bought, won and stolen

But the method of acquiring it is unimportant

The quality of what one hears should get more attention

Because frankly, it sucks

This is a call to everyone

Who love music very deeply

If you're passionate about it

Just can't live without it

It's up to us to guarantee radio has a future

And that music continues to live on

Verse 2

On music stations, there's too much talk

On talk radio, there's senseless talk

The popularity aspect of it is at force

The majority seems to always win

While the thoughts and opinions of the minority are ignored

Bridge

Radio isn't fully worthy of high listener-ship

It's proven everytime a pathetic song is played

It's proven everytime talk radio becomes more mainstream

I'm completely frustrated with the business of it

Chorus

Turn the radio off, it's full of crap

You're wasting your time by listening to it

I don't know why so many turn it on

They should pawn it or smash it to bits

Because the quality is unsatisfactory

Outro

Turn the radio off, it's full of crap
