Nothing To Hide

Nothing To Hide

Verse 1

You think that I have a double life

That somewhere out there I've got three kids and a wife

If you want to believe that, then go ahead

I won't be the one to stop you

You're on a mission to prove than I'm guilty of something

Even though there's no evidence

You're interfering with my life

And it's got to stop

How would you feel if I invaded your privacy?

Verse 2

You think that I'm always posing a threat

That everyone I come in contact with gets caught in a net

If you want to believe that, then go ahead

I won't be the one to stop you

You've become obsessed with everything that I say and do

You even write it in your journal

I think the time has come for you to grow up

How would you feel if I invaded your privacy?

Bridge

Trust me whenever I say that I have nothing to hide

If you do then maybe we could become acquaintances

But for now, I want to try to stay away from me

Chorus 1

I've got nothing to hide

But you say that I have something up my sleeve

You think I'm always causing trouble

Just get off my case

And stop breathing down my neck

Choose somebody else to annoy

Chorus 2

I've got nothing to hide

But you say that I have something up my sleeve

You think I'm always causing trouble

Just get off my case

And stop breathing down my neck

I've had enough of all your silly games

You've got to stop playing them

I can't have you as my shadow

So stop following me around
