Waiting For My Rocket To Come

Verse 1

Every night I look at the stars

Thinking about my life and all the painful scars

I feel like starting over

I've made a lot of mistakes

Venturing out into the unknown

Is what I have to do to become whole

Sometimes I get impatient

I want to leave right now

I know I should be patient

I'll be better off if I am

Verse 2

Every night I look at the stars

I feel like starting over

I've made a lot of mistakes

Verse 3

Every night I look at the stars

Thinking about my life and all the painful scars

Chorus

I'm waiting for my rocket to come

It's going to take me away from here

I just can't wait to leave this place

You can tell by the expression on my face

I know that it's not going to be late

When I enter it I won't look back

Nothing and no one will stop me from getting on board
