Plenty

Plenty

A Poem by ghaw2007

Plenty

Verse 1

I've never been homeless

I've always had a roof over my head

I attended private school

And by the time I became an adult

I owned my own car

Verse 2

I organize social functions

Because it's expected of me

Many people would not survive

If they lived in my society

Verse 3

I earn a 100K per year

I have a housekeeper

My security system is an A+

My investments are performing well

Chorus 1

I have plenty

But I still want more

There is nothing wrong with me

This is what I live for

Chorus 2

I have plenty

Many things that I do not need

There is nothing wrong with me

If you knew me, you would agree
