Fallen Saint

Fallen Saint

A Poem by Ghiasquared

Loves poison flowing through your veins,
in this we share common past

The wicked rage embroils you,
heart torn asunder left for dead

Every thought an evil plot,
twisting your mind unrelenting

With time you shall renew,
rage subsides to pain

The storms wash away the pain,
slowly a bright day will dawn

Her name is unknown for now,
a second chance she brings

The cold heart that darkens,
will melt within her gaze

Scars remain of those battles,
memories she will overshadow

Love is lost in memory only,
renewed it shall prevail
