Constant change

Constant change

A Poem by Nirmala
"

Tsunami, earthquake, volcanic eruptions, government upheavals, terrorist attacks and crashing markets that brought stunned surprise and horror, yet left a residue of something very precious.

"

Constant change

Does time stand still assuming this shall be forever?

Change comes quickly denying all things eternal

Life has no patience for those who cannot sustain

The momentum of constant change

Progress proposing and revolution enforcing

Nature recreating, if not violently disposing

The transformation of all existence

Barring acts of integrity and the bonds of love

... wisdom resounds in every line and every word of this verse from your universe of verse ... how immensely profound these observations are ... "change comes quickly denying all things eternal" ... true that ... always happens ... and ... "those who cannot sustain the momentum of constant change" are the ones who are left behind in the struggle for survival ... "progress proposing and revolution enforcing" ... is a brilliant expression ... one that celebrates the way proceeding and validating solidify progression ... "nature recreating, if not violently disposing" ... yet another brilliant expression that does more than ample justice to the ways of nature ... profound and true again ... and the last line is sheer genius ... in the way that it highlights and outlines and embosses ... "acts of integrity" ... and ... "the bonds of love" ... on the canvas of life ... indeed these are the elements that remain a constant ... what a verse ... leaves one filled with hope and resilience in the face of destruction that one constantly witnesses in these times ... and with substantial skill and poetic wizardry ... an amazingly enriching verse ... a 100 for the way in which it lingers and lingers and lingers and replenishes hopes for a future of the sensitive and the sensitized ...
