Unchained

Unchained

A Poem by Botania
"

to know you

"
Hearts may sail to distant shore
but love prevails to give us more
than we could ever ask in turn,
to know the truth for which we yearn

Let loose the sails and let us fly
'pon yonder waves and distant sky
Keep the fires stoked as we're burning
Nothing's lost. We're just learning

So follow then the winds availing
'hoy there mate! Away we're sailing
to the ends of ne'r right earth
I'll know you now and know your worth.

Upon the sea of treasure's trove
you comfort me as our love grows
Ancient rhymes become our dirth
as we prevail the waves of earth.
