Turning Crystal

Turning Crystal

A Poem by Botania

Color imbues the crystal drop.
Scattered, reflected color hops.
As the crystal turns around
a million colors will astound.

Sun creates the power here
of ions, eons, atmosphere.
Will the crystal spin again?
Only if there is a wind.

Solar wind lets photons pass
wondrous to a work of glass
cut precisely in a way
that bends unknowing light of rays.

crystal bends color, life bends the colors of our minds and hearts...

there is a preciseness to the randomness...and if we allow ourselves, we will be astounded by it all.
