Brick by Boring Brick

Brick by Boring Brick

A Poem by Miss Sally Sunshine

Imagination.

Ah, imagination.

It pulls you deeper

And deeper into it.

It doesn't let you go.

Even if you want to.

Even if you want to bury it.

Under every thing else.

You cant seem to get out.

Or even find your shovel.

Your imagination may be better

But you know it's not really.

No matter how hard you wish.

It will never be true or real.

That thought eats away at you.

Until your nothing but a shell.

That's why, little darlings.

You need to hold onto something real.
