The Cliff

The Cliff

A Poem by Isabelle Faye
"

I wrote this poem rather hurriedly because I just need to write, to get my emotions out. i hope you like the result.

"

Running,

Legs reaching out,

Heading towards the edge of the cliff.

Leaping,

Flying through the air,

Jumping into open space.

Falling,

Wind rushing past,

Hitting the pavement.

Black,

An empty nothingness,

Frozen in death.

I think its off to a good start, but it seems to be missing something. Try adding more to it, describe. It just sort of seems like the first layer of a photograph, try adding more layers and I think it'll be perfect!
