as they must

as they must

A Poem by H.

there is that which is immovable.

the bee, he
bid the stone to stay
and humbly did
the stone obey

the stone in turn
invited flight
the bee obliged
until the night

but death
& dust did visit
as they must

and there
the bee did lay

beside the stone.
so humble
did the stone

this one is very interesting. Such a relationship between two opposite things can be complex. Great job tho. love this style.
