In darkness I sat

With a candle to light the gloom

My mind...

As dark as the night

 

Staring at the clock

Watching time ticked by

Thoughts of you

Like waves came crashing upon the empty shore

Moments we shared...

 

As each second ticked

The pain grew unberable

My heart can't contain it

My tears can't seem to stop

 

A million things I wanted to tell you

I truly regret,
