It’s days like these that I can recall

The smell of your scent, the wonders of it all

The autumn night breeze, as we sit there

You’re fingers all tangled up in my wild blonde hair

 

You give me a look, and I just know

The wonders of a master piece that we built up

Oh, but you ruined it

Tossed me aside, left out to dry

Left lonely every night

 

But I sit here now thinking about you
