I sit here in silence

The white walls stare me down

Unable to move

The constraints hold me tight

Buckles from left to right

The voices shout

Wanting to be let out

The walls so plain

They’re driving me insane

The silence eating at me

From the inside out

How did I get here

Waking up in fear

The man in white

Speaking softly

You tried to kill yourself last night

I failed

My mentality derailed

The demons want to be set free

Thoughts invading my mind

I failed

Should I stay in this mentality

Or find the road to recovery
