lesson

thanks for teaching me a lesson,

a lesson to never love again,

because everytime i do,

it ends and im the one who is left to hurt.

 

you proved that so far,

they're all the same.

no compassion,

no understanding.

 

you hurt me and you did it well.

the pain i feel every second of the day,

it grows when i see you,

just knowing that you were mine.

 

it kills me everyday when i must sit by you in english class.

in case you havent noticed,

im falling apart.

i feel like a zombie.

 

all because i love too much.

all because i let you win.

all because you wanted fun.

all because im dumb.

 

its a life lesson i've learned,

to never love again,

its just a waste of time.

i'm done with love.
