It is made using parotta, egg, meat, and a spicy sauce.![]() From carbon black to crimson red As charcoal turns, atoms bunch In the iron bed, sizzles on a splash Ready for a bash. Onions losing moisture Pulls off a brown texture. There comes squeezing in - Tomato, ripe on time. Oh, the spices, The color and flavor Sparkles with green " Curry, coriander and cumin. And one by one, goes The lay from hen. The art of culinary Is to let them play and watch. Time ago, a heap of flour Greased with oil Bound and eased Stays all night Worked up on yeast Flattened and arranged Flipped until browned Comes into play Hand torn on its way Here comes the carnival Singing to the beats Heard far into the streets Leaving trails to cravings.
