I watch
the city towers
swallowing the sun

I'm a lost poet
in passionate quest
for eloquent verses

rain has stolen my ink
Plagiarism contemplating
while i traverse in
dark night embrace

the stars persist
with melodramatic echoes
resonating
like a firefly
