as well as some relapse.

Know that healing is owning the fact

you need it and deserve it.

Healing is falling down numerous times

and standing up times that amount.

Know that healing requires loving

yourself and believing in yourself,

while surrounding with people who love you

and do too.

Know that healing tends to be lonely

when you're the one who feels it and lives,

whatever IT is.

Healing is not perfection.

Know that there will be times

you disappoint yourself,

and those rooting for you,

but always having courage and strength

to keep doing.

Know that healing,

is asking for help.

Healing is getting help.

Healing is fighting for yourself

and not giving up.

Healing is the goal.

Its the destination.
