Revive

Revive

A Poem by Daisie Vergara (Dhaye)
"

for my muse

"
Watching the sunset
Remembering old thoughts
and promises
I care about

Hair is turning gray
Legs are getting weak
Eyes are not feeling good
with the darkening of sky

Visiting an old place
Words are still there
Like what are inside me
Crying for help

The voice is getting louder
I know I will write again
Trying to build the dream story
Of my love that never fades.

I want to believe that. Thank you so much for the insight, sir.
the love of the muse is strong...the attraction compelling...
she often will take a hiatus...but if we are patient, she comes back full force...and this poem is a good
start to that.
