One youth group gathering late night was filled with much delight

Dear friend with dark brown curly hair tan skin beautiful white smile

Hours of playing games of this and that came to one game that filled with such fright

In circle sitting in chair approached by beautiful friend whose company lasted more than awhile

Ah, but as cruel fate would have more afraid public shame by simply smiling captured night

despite kind advances oft soft smile o’r warm touch my smile would not shrine was not worthwhile

As long years did push apart one day remembered that night long long ago longed to rewrite

sweetest memory whispers upon winds like tears in rain dearest friend to not smile is futile

Feeling fully regrets laments sting’s too bright
