A Walk Through Silver Forest

A Walk Through Silver Forest

A Poem by E.j.aka.Hannah

In the beginning we were alright,

Till the night came and spoiled our daylight.

We got carried away in the silver forest,

So just smile and go on about your day.

When I saw the clouds in the violet sky

I dreampt that I would get up and fly.

My eyes are an umbrella to the suns kiss,

Your hands are a sheild from Gods bliss,

Ive grown ill and sleepy from this cults list.

Death comes swiftly on a mountainous steed,

his eyes are closed but overflow with greed,

with an ax in one hand and a smile in the other,

hes a image of beauty

from one girl to another.

Ill fly on the back of a swallow

high high high high up in the blueberry sky,

give me wings and I will cry,

Ill melt in the sun and die in the sea.

Open your hazel eyes, my nymph of green,

smile upon the murderous scene,

scream that you love me,

scream it over the kids,

Ill lie in the bed youve made,

lie next to me.
