Mellow Yellow

Mellow Yellow

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

A swarm of golden dragonflies dragonfly

Near the saffron butterfly fluttering by

A queenly flock of buttercups lemon yellow

Leave the meadow feeling mellow yellow

By the olive waters of the river in the dying

Russet light falling upon the panting land

Psstt…it all falls silent, disappears in darkness

I like this , the flow of images , and the story it spells with symbolic colorizations
