Nihil Novi

Nihil Novi

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

Soon the regal crocus shall insist upon the birth of Spring
The season of calla lilies windswept in waltz draws near
You no longer touch my cheek and think "beautiful"
I could stand before you as the first woman once stood
Clothed in the confines of skin
It would be wasted upon you
Nihil novi
