Disproportionate Expectations

Disproportionate Expectations

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

He explains wanting me to accept an explanation

That does not adequately explain and wants me to

Want to say what he will not say and says that he

Feels what he knows I feel when I know he cannot

As he does not himself know what he feels and wants

Me to trust and find the trust that he himself did lose

And to not feel as I feel and to be wrong about his wrongness

And to find rightness in wrongness and explain it away taking up

The wreathe of sainthood forgetting that wreathes wither and

Without a fear of falling he wants me to fall into arms with holes in them.

ohh dear how i love the contradictions ,and words, each dismissing the other
a feeling coming right after another thats totally will not go together
but i think thats life dear..you just size him up for what hes worth and how much he weighs
dont be afraid of his ups and downs, and how far he could go or stop short
or fails you here and there and drops you anywhere..its just life
you could not measure everything..you should just thinks of the odds and cons
of it all,try to imagine how far where you go,then decide, and let go of all
thats how it is ,you have to accept it or you will go nowhere at all
lovely write..
