Why do we have death? 

It seems as though it is a dreadful thing that we should have done away with ages ago. 

However, it is the one opponent that continues to beat man every single day. 

Death is important. 

Death gives people the motivation to live. 

The threat of death also keeps a lot of people from doing some very stupid things. 

While it has many drawbacks, I’m afraid I must conclude that death is, 

in fact, beneficial to the human race.
