The Crowd Will Wait

The Crowd Will Wait

A Story by Lauren

The crowd will wait on baited breath after the first pebble will fall from the only mountain and the bravest man in the smallest town will be suspended from the closest cloud to attach the strongest hook to the only mountain.

The crowd will hope the closest cloud will not cry from the weight of the bravest man and the only mountain and the biggest hook.

The crowd hoping will not work, and the closest cloud will cry and the bravest man will fall onto the biggest hook which will let go of the only mountain which will fall onto the crowd which will be waiting on baited breath no longer.

This is a truly wonderful write. It makes me think and feel humble to the only mountain and the bravest man
and biggest hook. And the event of what we are in the greatest moment..... in time.

nice poem lauren but your lines were sumwat lengthy,u made a gud use of imagery which drew a bit of appreciative audience from the onset and didnt lost its colour till the end n the effects must av amplified that even though ur lines were intended, they are however enhancements.
