a place i belong

an outburst of bottled emotions filled with regret!

i shall often sit down alone

till joy fades gently away but fast

slowly, i tried to yearn but cried

dreaming of home; my ancestral home

too distant to return

 

and again

i heard rhythms from faraway lands

drumming fierecely

naked spirits and midnight children

dancing, 

laughing intently

before my very eyes

 

at once...im poised with regret

regetting for lifes mistakes

wat on earth has darkness done?

suddenly, bitterness fills the air

 

i see herbalists chanting; like clattered baritone

rebuking me

this time, before the eyes of mortal men

let me go peacefully

to earth my passion ends with sorrow!

We are all far from home right? Even if we dont know where home is or how it is we know this is not it, this is just a temporary place we must be for now. I must admit I like the picture of the drumming and dancing, naked spirits and all that, yes sounds like a good place, a free place. I want that :)

This is very nice. It shows a lot of emotion. MayI just suggest two things?
Some capitalization, and cut the use of comp chat, and you'll be good. Other than that, it is very good =]
