Holes of Plenty

Holes of Plenty

A Poem by Texas Identitycrisis

Why would a man
Fail at living his life?
Put off to tomorrow
All but work, trudge, and strife?

In all, more than any
The absence is forging
Holes in the heart and
Filling with angry, frustration

The lost, the temptation
Often more than of plenty
Just holding it together
No longer an option
