How would you know what you feel if you have never felt before? You wouldn't unless you were told what it was. How can you describe what you have never endured? You couldn't unless you heard it before. I find reality in this, but then again the person asks God what should he do? Nothing but an empty shell looking for guidance, sounds like it will follow a stronger entity. That is what emotions are, what we learn them to be from our households, what we watch on tv, and what we hear about on the streets. How is it real? Traditions and Culture.
