Serenity

Serenity

A Poem by Lena
"

What would it be like to drop all your guards? Scarier still is meeting that someone that makes you want to.

"

You look so serene and sweet, Just laying there in your sleep

Evoking in me a need to cuddle, to hold and squeeze

A powerful instinct as old as time; this Man of mine to please

You touch the Maiden deep in my soul and a wealth of love untold

The original “Me” whose feelings are pure

The Girl that existed before life forced her to be bold

That Maiden longs for you, to touch her, to love her and to hold

She recognizes your headship role and willingly submit, no need to scold

And when you’re awake; a hurricane, a tornado, a cyclone at sea,

You stir these passions deep inside of me

Creating a longing, a fantasy, a dream

My body grows taunt, as I resist this need to scream

The touch of your hands, my reflection in your eyes

As your maiden, your mate, all of your needs I want to supply

I crave this role much to my own surprise

Please, caress and care for this Dove that has flown into your hands

Accepts this love, pure and true, yours to command

So many have failed the course of True Love to navigate

Time is so short, Life is so delicate,

With your balance of power and restraint, your Spirit can rescue this tortured Entity

All of this with just a gaze as you lay unknowingly in your sleep of sweet Serenity
