I live to love

This poem is basically about the splendor of love...the feelings one should get when they are with their lover.

I live to love in the silence of our words

To hear your voice in my head is all I need to fill my empty thoughts.

To hear the silence between our beating hearts

Is like soft music never daring to pause or restart

Kill the ending of the song and keep it revolving forever

Let the silence of our room deny the world sound

Let our hearts live to tell the dream of our souls being bound

Crawling in the dark for just one kiss

To satisfy the thirst of our hearts growing mad

Wanting that one that makes everything true

For the soul wants what it wants

My soul only needs you.

This is a well crafted poem on a subject that many of us have tried to fully express.

I can feel the emotion with each word, but It does fall somewhat short on passion. Love without passion is a love without a soul

I find it very passionate. You're trying to express that you want to be with that person forever and you can't see the rest of the world when you're with them. But you're also implying that it doesn't matter if the world falls down as long as you're happy. Overall is a great poem. =)
