Pain and love hold my hand

Pain and love hold my hand

A Poem by Harlow Aaron

Shoving the death of love into a hole

Where once I were with thee with loves strong hold

You kept my love safe, locked inside your heart

Where secrets were told and lies kept apart.

In moments of silent torture and pain,

Our hearts grow colder while weeping in the rain

Together the pain and love hold my hand

Like blind leading the blind

Staring eye to eye at a face unkind.

This is a great poem! I like how you describe the feeling of love and pain. It's a very complicated feeling but you managed to put it in simple words. =)
