Incomperable

Incomperable

A Poem by Inda
"

Something I enjoyed writing.

"

Incomparable

The night is full of light

And music

And screams

And a cold wind

Rushes trough the streets

Laughter can be heard in the distance

-drunken laughter.

Some call this hell,

But I know these streets well.

And I know the pizza parlors

And the liquor stores

And the guy who plays the violin

Down by the Bay side,

-Near the Art center.

I know the cop

That looks the other way

if you’ve had a few.

And I know your beauty too

And I know a good spot to see the stars

And how beautiful they are

-and I dare not compare them to you.
