Rescued is my favorite breed. You can't buy love, but you can rescue it. Money can buy a fine dog, but only love can make him wag his tail. Do not pity a shelter dog, they are magic looking for a safe space to flourish.

Every rescue dog has a story to tell. They've been through hardship, but they come with a heart full of love ready to start anew.

He has a great and thoughtful face, and wonderful ears! Been a long time since I've had a dog, which I rescued from a neighbour who wasn't looking after him properly, he was a Boxer, called Angus, my first dog as a child was a Shih Tzu named Sweep.

Much prefer dogs to humans. Never had a rescue dog, at present have a working cocker who is crackers

I’m that way as well, prefer dogs every day and twice on Sundays.
