Simply soft and oh so very fine

Simply soft and oh so very fine

A Poem by Jack...
"

Lost within the valley of dreams

"

Simply soft and oh so very fine

by jack

Breathing free, of windswept golden mornings

Feel the breeze that falls upon my stare

Rhythms form along a sheltered moment

Singing songs of moon beams in your hair

Destinies are covered in emotions

Falling leaves our eyes do seem to find

Taking steps along a vibrant meadow

Simply soft and oh so very fine

I have dreams of open eyes before us

Days of long and sunny skies above

Here I wait within this open doorway

Patiently, until I know your love

On a wing of bluebirds in the heavens

Down below, the earth is shining free

If I call, will you come flying sweetly

Spread your wings and bring your love to me

We will soar beyond the clouded answers

Seeking that of everything that’s true

As our life now captures endless hours

In my dreams there’s nothing more than you

I will crawl on hands and knees forever

Sit before your glowing eyes in time

Then I know, that this my ever after

Will begin, the day that you are mine

Thank you so much
I like your style of poetry here and the contrast between the flight and the passage of love to you. Try to play with the words a little especially in;
I have dreams of open eyes before us
Days of long and sunny skies above

I fell if tweaked this could flow in a more natural way. Very good work. Keep it up.

Thanks so much, I will consider your suggestions.
This is so wonderful. I'm a big naturalist, and somehow this poem reminds me of nature so much. It's like love and nature put together. Incredible piece, really.

a pleasure, indeed!
You seem to live and write in a dream world Jack. You may nkow something the rest of us could learn...? Why not dwell on the happy blessing in this world. Yes, we need those practical dreamers and workers of problems. We need the teachers and the lessons of hard knocks. Still, it is so good to dream. Thank you for giving this day dream to me as I read your poem today.

It is a talent to be able to forget what needs to be forgotten.
Oh those moments before the love actually begins but is already felt. It is pure in emotion and open, those moments. before life can reek havoc on the relationship.

The details are stunning. I felt as if I was strolling along in this meadow feeling a soft breeze float upon the night.
