Eating crow till Sunday bleeds

Eating crow till Sunday bleeds

A Poem by Jack...

Insensitive words blame

Anchoring doubts in deep sea nonsense

Missing the mark in absurdity

Sometimes we speak without thinking

Offensive whispers merge

Rearing ugly heads of shame

Rearranging what once was

Yelling in moronic voices

Announcing secrets

Never stopping to think

Dangling from tethered phrases

Raging at the machine

Eating crow till Sunday bleeds

Apologizing once again

You're right. Once a word is spoken, it can't be taken ack, no matter how much we apologize.

Thanks so much my friend.
Jack this is so powerful... I really thought the wording was on spot for sure. Not quite sure that I would like to eat crow, even that picture makes me want to puke, hehe.

// Offensive whispers merge
Rearing ugly heads of shame
Rearranging what once was //

Honestly, these three lines blew me away.
