The sharing of love and memories throughout the years we shared together

Going through the good and the bad , surviving the bad weather

Maybe somewhere between our moth turning into a butterfly

Through the years and tears , something id never thought ill say is "Goodbye"

You told me over and over I treated you like s**t,and I never tried

Maybe its because of the fact you  wiped your a*s with my pride

Expressing your hateful thoughts by barking out painful words

I acted like I wasnt listening , but every word you said,I heard

The countless times of hearing ,"I hate you" and "You need to leave"

At first it didnt phase me, but now its sinking in,im starting to believe

See  the words that comes out of your mouth ,impart

Reflects your inner toughts, whats actually in your heart

The demeaning tone of this poem is not my emission of innocence

Because I know the emotional  pain I caused through the years was immense

I know I havent been the best these past few months its not hard to see

I haven't been as caring , talkative and a little distance dont you agree?

The check " LOVE" light was on in our car of  our relationship was on to long

Each of us not doing the little things to fix it, is where I think we went wrong

Even though we will be forever bonded by the blessing we created

"Because of him it was "WE" for these years is what we  always debated
