Sovereign Empires

Sovereign Empires

A Poem by James Carraway

Branches looming over wires
We have moved on from the fires
Did away with kings and sires
We added engines rims and tires
Fought through felons and liars
Refused to give in to any buyers
And built ourselves:
Sovereign empires.

I like it. Your thought( well exactly not a thought) use in this poem. As like you have said it is no longer a king or fire time, but a machine and a sovereign day.enjoy the sovereign.🌇😊
