If you thought yoga was easy, you should come to my class

 

I’ve never seen an Eagle with its legs wrapped round like this

Or an Upward Facing Dog unless it’s squatting down to piss

I’ve never seen a Fish lie on its back unless it’s dead

And as for Inclined Hero, well, he’s better off in bed.

 

I’ve never seen a Camel stretch to such amazing height

With a face like that, that Cow looks like it can’t squeeze out a shite

I’ve never seen a Scorpion fall ungracefully from its pose

Or a Locust flat out on the floor just resting on its nose

 

I’ve never seen a Tree quite so unsteady on its feet

Or a Cobra grunt and curse and sweat as it bites down on its meat

I’ve never seen a Corpse appear so healthy and content

Or a Warrior primed for battle look so old and hurt and bent

 

And as for Wind Releasing Posture, just one thing to note

I’d better get my coat.
