Break Down

This is a simple poem about some things I've been feeling lately and it kind of reflects something thats been going with me and my best friend...

Time passes by.

Just gotta keep on trying.

Only one more moment,

hold in that cry!

He walks away,

you broke down that day.

Everything is over,

but you feel everything will be okay.

Scream into the night.

Dog barks.

Mom runs into help, you tell her she's right.

You get over him.

Your feelings are thin, and your hair you trim.

You drink the whiskey, you cut your arm and cry until he finally sees.

He hurt you bad. Your cry hard. What to do now except worry about your heart.

End. Its over. Nothing else to say. 

Go tell your arms the story once again. 

Author's Note

I'm not too good at rhyming but I just wrote the first couple of lines on Facebook and realized that I needed to finish it... What it means is that when someone tells you its over, things change. Life is reflected different in your point of view.
